Have a question or need assistance with your Jetstream2 resources? Our support team can be reached at help@jetstream-cloud.org. Please be sure to include your name, ACCESS ID and project code (if applicable), a description of your issue, and any other relevant information that might be useful.

Office Hours

If you'd like to discuss an issue or idea directly with the Jetstream2 support team, consider dropping in to office hours! These are held on Tuesdays from 2-3PM ET (dates subject to change for holidays, trainings, or other events).

Please note: There will be no Jetstream2 office hours sessions on December 24 or December 31.

Join Jetstream2 Office Hours on Zoom

You'll need to be signed in to personal, educational, or professional Zoom account to access the meeting. When you join the meeting, you'll be placed in the waiting room until the host admits you.
