The National Artificial Intelligence Research Resource (NAIRR) Pilot will be hosting a workshop “AI Unlocked: Empowering Higher Education through Research and Discovery”. The primary goal of this workshop is to connect U.S. based higher education affiliates with valuable information and resources to deepen their understanding of how to leverage AI in their current work, while also equipping participants with the skills necessary to advance their careers and achieve their specific professional objectives.

Overview of LLM Applications: A deep dive into areas where LLMs excel, including natural language processing, text generation, translation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and conversational agents.
How LLMs Transform Industries: Examples from various sectors such as healthcare, finance, education, and customer service, demonstrating the versatility and impact of LLMs.
Hands on examples: Participants will leave with a clear understanding of where LLMs can be most effectively applied in their own projects or research.
