Effective June 2025, Jetstream2 GPU resources will be implementing a regular monthly maintenance window to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our GPU resources. This maintenance window is necessary to perform routine updates, patches, and hardware checks to guarantee the highest level of service quality for our users.
Maintenance Window Details
Starting June 2025, the monthly maintenance window will be the first Tuesday of every month from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
During this time, our GPU resources may be unavailable or experience intermittent disruptions as our team performs the necessary maintenance tasks. GPU instances may be stopped/started during these maintenance periods. Jetstream2 maintains a system status and announcement site at help@jetstream-cloud.org. Please visit the site for detailed system status information and planned maintenance announcements.
